Plans for next week:
Meet in person to test of PWM signal controls for motor, brakes and servo.
Finalize each individual modules wiring and circuit schematic
Finalize design of CANBUS
Group Meeting memo:
Discussed viability of generation PWM signals with Arduino and its limitations.
Discussed the PCB design, focusing on which and how many microprocessors to implement in our design to promote future expandability.
Discussed module based design for CANBUS system and each modules wiring/components.
Project Progress
Quinn:
Continued working on safety algorithm for ultrasonic sensor.
Redesigned point to point navigation system to include a central control module which requires an additional microprocessor.
Selected Arduino Nano as central module microprocessor.
Semi-Finalized point to point navigation system wiring to aid Jordyn in the design of CANBUS system. (Still need to discuss options with Jordyn and Dr. Asghari in person this coming Tuesday to complete finalization)

Jordyn:
Waiting in input from rest of the groups Arduino and microprocessor connections
Finalizing new CAN Bus design using new method for usability for future groups
By next week hope to have finalized CAN Bus design and send it for first round of PCB construction
Jacob:
Separated the Auto-Parking Processing module from the Ultrasonic sensor module so that the modules will be easier to manipulate for later groups. Both modules will use an Arduino Uno to minimize the space requirements.

DJ:
Finalized the wiring schematic for the Adaptive Cruise Control system. This schematic is shown in the figure below.
Decided to use Arduino Nano microcontrollers instead of Arduino Uno.
Plan for next week: Test the generation of PWM signals and experiment with sending it to the car's motor.
